Position Summary This role is designed for ambitious individuals who want to build expertise, create opportunities, and earn advancement through performance. The Jr. Case Design Analyst is an entry-level financial services position that supports independent financial advisors through annuity illustrations, product comparisons, retirement income planning scenarios, and advisor support. The majority of this role involves preparing annuity illustrations, researching product solutions, evaluating carrier options, and responding to advisor requests. Over time, successful team members develop the expertise to become trusted resources for advisors and create opportunities for advancement throughout the organization. This is a financial services and insurance-focused role. It is not an IT, software development, data analytics, or technical support position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare annuity illustrations and retirement income planning scenarios for financial advisors. Analyze client fact patterns and ensure illustration accuracy. Evaluate carrier and product options based on advisor objectives. Research and respond to product questions from advisors. Communicate professionally with advisors via phone and email. Review existing annuity contracts and identify potential opportunities. Maintain a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Participate in ongoing product training, coaching, and professional development. Collaborate with teammates to support advisors and business initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to learn new technology platforms and systems. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Preferred Associate's or bachelor's degree. Finance, economics, business, insurance, or related coursework. Customer-facing experience. Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Financial services or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
