Responsibilities Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client's objectives, incorporating estate planning, tax strategies, and investment management. Advise clients on securities law compliance and ensure all financial transactions adhere to regulatory standards. Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation within client portfolios. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, regular reviews, and personalized service. Stay current on industry trends, financial software tools, and regulatory changes affecting wealth management practices. Assist clients with cash management strategies, retirement planning, wills, trusts, and estate law considerations. Collaborate with legal and accounting professionals to ensure comprehensive estate planning and asset protection. Requirements Proven experience in financial sales, wealth management, or related financial services roles. Strong knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, and securities law. Demonstrated expertise in financial concepts such as investment management, tax planning, and portfolio management. Proficiency with financial analysis tools and software used in asset management and research. Excellent math skills combined with a solid understanding of accounting principles and technical accounting standards. Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to clients of diverse backgrounds. Relevant certifications or licenses in finance or securities law are preferred but not mandatory.
