Associate Financial Advisor — Join a High‑Impact, Client‑Focused Wealth Management Team (Caldwell, ID) Full-Time | On-Site | Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement, PTO Are you detail‑oriented, analytical, and excited about building a career in financial planning? Our client, a respected wealth management firm in Caldwell, is seeking an Associate Financial Planner who enjoys problem‑solving, client interaction, and being involved in all aspects of the planning process. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their technical skills, contribute meaningfully to client outcomes, and take ownership of important planning and operational responsibilities. You'll be involved in every part of the planning process — not siloed or stuck behind the scenes You'll work in a tight-knit, supportive team where your contributions matter You'll gain broad exposure to financial planning, investment management, and client service You'll have a clear path to expanded responsibilities as your licensing and experience grow This is a role for someone who wants to make an impact, build strong client relationships, and be a key part of a growing firm. What You'll DoClient Meeting Prep & Follow-Up Gather data, build agendas, and prepare planning materials Produce reports and follow through on post‑meeting action items Document tasks in the CRM and coordinate with CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals Financial Planning & Analysis Maintain accurate client data in planning software Assist in developing and updating financial strategies Research investment options and financial products Monitor client situations for changes or planning needs Account Management & Client Service Prepare and process new accounts, transfers, and maintenance Build portfolio review materials Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person Manage the team inbox and keep clients informed Operations & Team Support Support transaction processing and paperwork Coordinate workflows to keep the team running smoothly Assist with front office tasks when needed (phones, greeting clients, processing checks) Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline workflows Communicate clearly with advisors about deadlines and progress Collaborate with team members to elevate the client experience Future Growth Opportunities Assist with trading and rebalancing Participate in client review meetings Expand responsibilities as licensing and experience grow Progress toward more advanced planning responsibilities What We're Looking For Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive Strong analytical and financial skills Excellent communication — written and verbal A "no job is beneath me" team mentality Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the team 1-2 years of industry experience preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Series 7 & 66 required or willingness to obtain within 12 months Compensation and title adjusted until fully licensed About the Firm Mainspring Wealth Advisors is a client‑focused wealth management firm with multiple locations across the Puget Sound and Idaho. Pay:
$63,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
