Position Summary:
Responsible for performing detailed financial analyses, preparing advanced business valuation reports, and managing smaller consulting engagements to deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights for clients. This position requires collaborating with team members and clients, contributing strategic recommendations, and mentoring junior staff to support high-quality advisory services and client growth objectives. Your Impact (Essential Duties): Perform detailed financial analyses and support the development of business valuation and advisory reports for a wide range of clients Actively engage with clients/team members to explain financial findings, offer data-driven insights, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement Take ownership of smaller consulting engagements, managing project timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders Contribute strategic insights based on financial and operational data to help improve client growth, profitability, and efficiency Prepare advanced business reports and presentation materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic value Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deliver holistic advisory solutions and maintain strong client relationships Mentor junior team members by reviewing work, providing feedback, and sharing knowledge Perform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities assigned by firm leadership Meet annual billable hour and other targets to fulfill individual and team performance and overall firm productivity
Your Background:
Required
  • 3-5 years of experience in business valuation or related work Required
  • CPA, CVA, ABV, CBA
    license or eligible Required
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field Understanding of complex accounting principles, including debits/credits, journal entries, and financial statements Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and business metrics Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Experience in client-facing roles within a valuation or advisory setting Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively Familiarity with a range of industries, business models, and financial structures Full-time commitment and flexibility to work beyond regular hours to meet team deadlines Why Choose Us?
