Role The Private Wealth Advisor is responsible for maintaining and strengthening existing client relationships under the supervision of a Lead Advisor or Partner. This role serves as a primary resource for clients and is deeply involved in financial planning, investment analysis, wealth management recommendations, and ongoing service delivery. The Private Wealth Advisor helps ensure clients receive comprehensive, proactive advice while supporting the overall growth and retention objectives of the firm. Key Responsibilities Maintain and service existing client relationships with a high level of responsiveness and professionalism. Participate in and lead portions of client meetings, reinforcing the team's comprehensive wealth management approach. Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as a key point of contact for ongoing needs. Oversee preparation and deliver financial planning recommendations and analyses. Conduct investment analysis and assist in developing portfolio recommendations. Perform wealth management analysis related to retirement, tax, insurance, risk management, and estate planning strategies. Coordinate implementation of recommendations in partnership with Client Service, Planning, and Operations teams. Monitor client progress toward financial goals and recommend adjustments as circumstances evolve. Respond to client questions and provide ongoing planning guidance. Contribute to financial planning discussions, scenario modeling, and strategic recommendations. Maintain a thorough understanding of each client's financial situation and objectives. Support business development efforts through client referrals, centers of influence, and exceptional client service. Assist Lead Advisors and Partners in managing relationship opportunities and enhancing the client experience. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm standards. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, or a related client-facing role Licensure required: Life & Health, Series 7, Series 63 or 66 Progress toward or attainment of CFP®, CEPA®, or other relevant professional designation preferred Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Strong understanding of investment, insurance, retirement, tax, and estate planning concepts Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to fiduciary responsibility Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including Financial Planning, Risk Operations, Client Service, and Wealth Operations Core Competencies Commitment to exceptional customer service Strong sense of professionalism and ability to stay composed under pressure Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a collaborative, highenergy environment Attention to detail and accuracy Strong follow-through and ownership of outcomes Commitment to professional growth and industry knowledge Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary and profit-sharing bonus structure Comprehensive insurance package with company paid dental, vision, short & long-term disability Retirement plan with company match Life insurance, 1x base salary Paid holidays, PTO, and flexible work arrangements Professional development and continuing education support
