Role The Private Wealth Relationship Manager supports Lead Advisors and Partners in delivering an exceptional client experience. This role provides technical, analytical, and relationship support by gathering client data, assisting with financial planning activities, conducting research, and helping coordinate client service initiatives. The Private Wealth Relationship Manager works closely with the advisory team to ensure accurate execution of recommendations while developing foundational wealth management knowledge and client relationship skills. Key Responsibilities Service existing client relationships with a high level of responsiveness and care. Participate in client meetings, reinforcing the team-based advisory approach. Build strong rapport with clients while supporting the Lead Advisor's relationship leadership. Take the lead in responding to routine client questions and follow-up requests. Implement financial plans under the guidance and supervision of the Lead Advisor. Partner with Client Service Manager and planning team to ensure accurate and timely execution of recommendations. Coordinate implementation steps, ensuring alignment with overall client strategy. Contribute to financial planning conversations, scenario modeling, and follow-up explanations. Help translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients. Maintain continuity of advice by staying deeply informed on each client's evolving situation. Support marketing initiatives and client engagement efforts. Assist in driving growth through client experience, responsiveness, and team collaboration. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field preferred Licensure required: Life, Health, Long-Term Care, Series 7, Series 63/66 (during introductory period) 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, banking, or a related client-facing role Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Strong understanding of investment, insurance, retirement, tax, and estate planning concepts Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to fiduciary responsibility Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including Financial Planning, Risk Operations, Client Service, and Wealth Operations Professional development and continuing education support Core Competencies Ability to build trust and clearly communicate with clients. Ability to learn and apply financial planning concepts. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Strong client service orientation and professionalism. Work effectively within a team while proactively taking ownership. Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
