Responsibilities Collaborate with senior advisors to analyze clients' financial situations, including estate planning, tax considerations, and investment portfolios. Assist in preparing detailed financial plans that incorporate securities law compliance, estate documents such as wills and trusts, and tailored wealth management strategies. Support client relationship management by communicating complex financial concepts clearly and confidently, ensuring clients understand their options. Conduct research on financial markets, investment products, and industry regulations to provide up-to-date advice aligned with client needs. Help monitor investment portfolios, perform financial analysis, and recommend adjustments based on market trends and client objectives. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transaction histories, and compliance documentation in financial software systems. Stay informed about changes in securities law, banking services regulations, and industry best practices to ensure adherence to all relevant standards. Qualifications Proven experience practicing in the securities industry or related financial services field with a strong understanding of financial concepts and regulations. Knowledge of estate planning tools such as wills, trusts, and estate law; familiarity with securities law and tax experience is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in wealth management, investment advisory services, and portfolio management strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends effectively. Excellent client communication skills with a focus on building trust and managing ongoing relationships. Familiarity with financial software applications used for research, analysis, and customer relationship management (CRM). Relevant certifications such as FINRA licenses or equivalent industry credentials are preferred. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
