Team Advisor Job Summary We are excited to explore the possibility of adding a Team Advisor to support a Financial Advisor and their growing book of business at Keating & Associates. In this role, you will work closely with the Advisor to help deliver a thoughtful, high-quality financial planning experience for clients. The position plays an important role in preparing financial plans, supporting investment and insurance analysis, coordinating client meetings, and helping ensure a seamless and well-prepared client experience. This role will also include leading client meetings independently upon completion of the required licensing, following established financial planning philosophies and under the oversight of a Financial Advisor. As part of a collaborative team environment, you will contribute to maintaining strong client relationships while helping the Advisor stay focused on strategic conversations and guidance. The ideal candidate is analytical, service-minded, and relationship-oriented, with a desire to grow their advisory skills while supporting the continued success of the Advisor and the clients they serve. This position is non-exempt, in-office in Manhattan, KS. This role is not eligible for remote work. Annual Base Salary Range is $51,000 to $55,000 with additional bonus potential.
