Senior Wealth Advisor at PrairieView Wealth & Tax Advisors Senior Wealth Advisor at PrairieView Wealth & Tax Advisors in Bellevue, Kentucky Posted in about 3 hours ago.
Type:
full-time Who we are PrairieView Wealth & Tax Advisors is a registered investment advisor with a tax practice built into the same firm. Clients get planning, investment management, and tax work from one team rather than three, which is a large part of why they stay. We custody at Charles Schwab and serve individuals, families, and business owners. The opportunity We are hiring one Senior Wealth Advisor for our Cincinnati office at 7533 State Road in Anderson Township. You would own client relationships, deliver the planning, and be the first wealth advisor based in this office. Here is what makes the seat unusual. Our tax practice already works with households and business owners who need real wealth planning and are not getting it anywhere else. They know us, they trust us, and the conversation is already warm. Your job is to meet them, do excellent planning work, and grow from there, alongside the relationships you build yourself. What you would own A growing book of client relationships where you are the primary advisor. Comprehensive financial plans that you build and present yourself, alongside our tax, investment, and operations teams. Conversion of warm introductions from the tax practice, existing clients, and centers of influence. Retention and expansion of the relationships you hold. Building the repeatable version of the tax-to-wealth handoff, which the rest of the firm will use. Helping interview and onboard the advisors who join this office after you, and helping them close business as they get going. You would be the first advisor here This office does not have a wealth advisor yet. You would be it. That means more ownership than a comparable seat somewhere else, and it means the tone of the office is largely yours to set. If you want a place where you can build something and be recognized for it, that is what this is. This is a full time in-office role. Our values Leadership. Play to Win. Integrity. Compassionate. Innovative. These are the five things we hire and promote on, and you will be asked about them directly. Who we are looking for You own client relationships today and can point to the clients you have kept and grown. You can build a financial plan. You sit down with the client, do the planning work yourself, and present it. Strong fiduciary judgment, clear communication, and accountability, with the ability to work across wealth management and tax. Around 5 to 10 years in wealth management or financial planning, with real progression into owning relationships. You are good at turning a warm introduction into a client. This is not a cold prospecting seat. CFP, or well along the path. For the right person we will support completion. You work well independently but are willing to run the firm's process rather than only your own. You can teach what you do, because you will be developing other advisors. If you are at an independent RIA and could bring a book with you, we would like to talk. A transferable book is welcome and is not required, because the opportunity base here is real. How you grow here We build advisors into teams rather than into silos. A meaningful part of your compensation and nearly all of your long-term growth is tied to how the team around you performs, not just to what you personally produce. As the office grows and Associate and Junior advisors come in behind you, your success is measured by what the team delivers together and by how well you develop the people in it. That is the path toward a Lead Advisor seat, and it is a real one. How you will be measured New assets under management against your $15 million annual goal, and the planning work you deliver. How well you convert the opportunities we put in front of you, alongside the relationships you source yourself. Client retention and the quality of the client experience. How you work with the tax and operations teams. Your readiness to bring on and develop the advisors who join the office after you. The process A phone screen with our search partner, then a conversation with our Chief Operating Officer, then a conversation with a senior advisor on the team so you can hear how the work actually runs here, then a conversation with our CEO along with a Culture Index assessment. It is a thorough process on purpose. We are hiring someone we expect to be here for a long time.
