Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide quality service to each account assigned through a thorough knowledge of the unique character of each account and by maintaining ongoing relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and related professionals connected with those accountsAct as a key consultant to clients, developing and implementing solutionsDemonstrate sound complex decision-making skills, including balancing business risk to Community Trust and Investment Company with client interestsSupervise assigned Client Service Administrator's daily tasks with appropriate follow up; train as needed; provide timely, candid, and constructive performance feedbackSupport Business Development Officers in the solicitation of new accounts Interact with other support areas in order to develop and implement account objectives and investment strategiesParticipate actively in community affairs and professional associationsEnsure all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE
Four year college degree (BA, BS, BBA) or equivalent, plus 2- 4 years of industry experienceTechnically proficient in fiduciary law, tax, investments, and administration Working knowledge of investment management and the ability to communicate investment and economic concepts, approaches, and performance to clientsConfident serving in an advisory capacity to clients and families
