Why you're set up for success You'll start with a book of existing Schwab clients, giving you a strong foundation to build lasting relationships and grow your practice. Your relationship-building and communication skills will help deepen client connections and create meaningful impacts into the lives of the people and communities you serve. Schwab Training and Development To set you up for success, you'll complete our comprehensive training through Wealth Management University, a four-week virtual experience led by live facilitators, followed by an immersive weeklong bootcamp to connect with peers and learn from experts. After completing Wealth Management University, your individualized development continues through hands-on training and mentorship within your branch. You'll collaborate closely with your branch manager, experienced peers, and dedicated mentors who provide guidance tailored to your unique background and career goals. Investment Professionals' Compensation | Charles Schwab What you have The expertise you bring: A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during your tenure on the job. CFP® Certification is a plus.
