Develop and compare recommendations based on pricing, underwriting, policy performance, product changes, and tax considerations. Identify unusual results or trends and investigate their causes. Communicate findings clearly to colleagues, advisors, and clients. Support client and advisor service and help keep cases moving efficiently. Gain exposure to marketing, business development, and sales through research, materials preparation, and outreach. Explore practical applications of AI and other emerging technologies to improve research, analysis, organization, and workflow. Strong Excel skills and an interest in financial modeling. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize information, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Intellectual curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn. Comfort with technology and enthusiasm for learning new tools, including AI. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a small team. Strong work ethic, initiative, and ownership of your work. Prior life insurance or financial services experience is helpful but not required . What You'll Learn As you grow in the role, you'll develop expertise in financial modeling and analysis, life insurance products and pricing, policy performance, funding and portfolio strategies, and tax and estate planning considerations. You'll also gain exposure to client service, marketing, business development, sales, and practical applications of AI. Why Tenzing? We're a small, entrepreneurial firm where your work will matter. You'll work on sophisticated cases, learn directly from experienced professionals, and take on responsibilities that extend well beyond a traditional entry-level analyst position. You won't be expected to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is willing to learn, ask questions, take on new responsibilities, and grow with the firm. We are looking for someone who wants to build a career, develop real expertise, and become truly excellent at what they do.
