Director, Family Office Services Selby Jennings - 3.0 Baltimore, MD Job Details 22 hours ago Qualifications Estate planning needs analysis Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Director, Family Office Services Responsibilities Serve as the lead relationship manager for ultra-high-net-worth families. Develop and oversee customized family office service plans. Provide strategic guidance related to wealth preservation, tax planning, estate planning, cash flow management, and family governance. Coordinate and manage relationships with attorneys, CPAs, investment advisors, trustees, and other external professionals. Review complex personal financial statements, net worth reports, and family office reporting packages. Oversee household finances, family entities, trusts, and special purpose investment structures. Lead complex client projects, including business transitions, liquidity events, estate settlements, philanthropy initiatives, and real estate transactions. Identify planning opportunities and proactively address client needs. Mentor and develop managers and junior staff members. Participate in business development and referral source relationship management. Assist in establishing best practices, operating procedures, and service standards across the family office platform. Director, Family Office Services Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. 10+ years of experience in family office services, private client advisory, wealth management, trust services, tax, or public accounting. Demonstrated experience serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families. Deep understanding of estate planning, tax planning, trust structures, and wealth transfer strategies. Strong leadership experience managing teams and client relationships. Proven ability to oversee complex financial situations involving multiple entities and stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced financial analysis and reporting capabilities. CPA, CFP, CFA, JD, or equivalent professional credential strongly preferred. Experience developing and maintaining referral networks and professional advisor relationships preferred.
