Role:
As a CBRE Experience Services Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of Workplace Experience programs. You will leverage your expertise to enhance client and visitor satisfaction, drive operational efficiency, and lead innovative solutions within the function.
What You'll Do:
• Identify and implement new methods to improve individual and department objectives Develop and execute strategic workplace experience programs to enhance client and visitor satisfaction Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to workplace experience, including visitor feedback, service usage, and operational efficiency Track and report on performance indicators related to customer service and workplace experience Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure relevant resources are available to achieve client goals Coach and mentor team members to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise within the function Solving unique problems using both standard and innovative solutions with a broad impact on the business Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with
