Job Description

Full job description We are seeking an outgoing and eager Wealth Advisor with a strong background in comprehensive financial planning to join Blue Heron Wealth Partners. This role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, providing tailored financial advice, and supporting clients in achieving their financial goals. The ideal candidate will have prior industry experience in a similar role, possess strong communication skills, and a desire to build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients. The Wealth Advisor will be responsible for servicing an existing book of business as well as supporting new client relationships generated by the firm. This position does not require prospecting on your own.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial planning process for new and existing clients, delivering customized plans covering retirement, tax strategies, estate planning, and investments.
  • Utilize our financial planning software (eMoney) to build and present plans and monitor progress towards goals.
  • Conduct regular client review meetings to maintain relationships and evaluate client progress towards their goals.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years industry experience in a similar role (Advisor Associate, etc.)
  • Must hold Series 7 and 66 licenses; CFP designation is preferred but not required
  • No FINRA disclosures
  • Proficiency with eMoney and other technology platforms preferred

          $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
