An established financial client is seeking qualified candidates for their open Advisory Assistant position.
We are seeking individuals with stellar communication skills who can thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment within the financial services industry. This position offers a great foot in the door at a growing company. If you are interested in learning more, apply today!
Work Model:

PMM What You Will Do:
- Review changes to the financial representative team for accuracy
- Run reports and share with team and/or advisors as requested
- Prepare rep change documents and forms to be sent on advisors' behalf
- Review incoming and outgoing forms, organize, and process What You Will Need to
Be Successful:
- Must be proficient with MS Excel and have experience with Pivot Tables
- Ability to accurately enter sensitive data into business systems
- Attention to detail and a quick learner
- Financial processing experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
