The Senior Manager, In-House Advisor Team will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service, supporting advisor growth initiatives, and advancing strategic business objectives. This leader will champion a client-first culture, foster operational excellence, and help scale advisory solutions that create value for advisors, institutions, and clients. This role is responsible for driving performance, coaching and developing talent, enhancing client experience, and partnering across the organization to support Cetera's strategic priorities. What You'll Do Lead and develop a high-performing in-house advisor team focused on delivering exceptional client service. Establish accountability for service metrics, operational performance, and client satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance advisor and client experiences. Ensure consistent execution of service standards while maintaining compliance with regulatory and firm requirements. Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including advisor and client support outcomes. Partner with business leaders to achieve financial and advisory growth objectives. Support initiatives that increase advisory asset growth and advisor productivity. Develop strategies that assist clients in transitioning from brokerage-based relationships to advisory solutions when appropriate. Utilize data analytics, reporting tools, and AI-enabled technologies to improve business insights, operational effectiveness, and decision making. Identify opportunities to expand advisor engagement, increase client retention, and strengthen advisor relationships. Support strategic initiatives related to Cetera's evolving advisory platform and RIA growth strategy. Ensure clients impacted by brokerage-to-advisory transitions receive proactive support and guidance. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify service gaps and implement scalable solutions. Advocate for advisors and clients throughout business transformation initiatives. Make decisions with a client-first mindset. Identify and solve challenges affecting underserved clients, advisors, and business partners. Manage resources effectively while balancing strategic objectives and operational needs. Translate business priorities into clear goals and measurable outcomes. Build strong partnerships across business units and support functions. Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent. Create a culture that celebrates success, encourages innovation, and supports continuous learning. Lead by example while fostering personal and professional growth across the organization. What you need to have 7+ years of experience in financial services, advisor support, sales management, wealth management, or related leadership roles. Experience leading teams responsible for advisor engagement, client support, business development, or practice management. FINRA licenses and industry registrations, or the ability to obtain and maintain required licenses as determined by the business. Demonstrated success driving business growth, service excellence, and team performance. Experience interpreting business metrics and leveraging data to drive decisions and improve outcomes. Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities. Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience supporting advisory platforms, RIA operations, or wealth management programs. Knowledge of brokerage and advisory business models. What is nice to have Experience working in a multi-channel wealth management organization. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at multiple levels. Familiarity with advisor recruiting, practice consulting, or advisor transition strategies. Compensation The base annual salary range for this role is $70,000 - $120,000. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation, bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. #LI-Hybrid
