Charting a client's course begins by developing a personalized, comprehensive financial plan. As a Private Wealth Service Associate, you will have an opportunity to work alongside Advisors and team members to positively impact our ability to serve, support, and impact the lives of many clients. We are a rapidly growing team with a pursuit of excellence and focus on continuous learning. Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Develop and build relationships with assigned high-net worth clients and family members Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and family relationships Actively participate with Advisors in client meetings Follow up with clients after meetings, if additional information is needed Answer client questions and provide guidance outside of meetings Case Management Ensure client files are prepared prior to a client meeting and the Advisor is prepared to cover items on the agenda Ensure accurate and compliant client records are maintained Work with team members to manage all client service requests Facilitate and assist in the creation of investment accounts and insurance policies, including data gathering and signature requests Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree in business administration or in a related industry (financial, economics, etc) 7+ years of previous client service experience with a preference in Financial Services, Insurance, or Investment experience in an equivalent role Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and follow-thru Excellent written and verbal communication skills Desired Active Life and Health State Insurance Licensing, FINRA Series 7, Series 63 registrations preferred. If not current standing, must be obtained within 90 days of hire Completion of requirement to become a Northwestern Mutual Associate Wealth Management Advisor with the first 90 days required

$65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
