Position Summary The Associate Advisor is a critical role responsible for delivering world-class service to clients and providing operational relief to the Lead Advisor. The primary focus is managing relationships for clients, ensuring the seamless execution of the "Lions Share" retirement process, and maintaining high-quality client documentation. This role bridges the gap between administrative support and advisory, with the potential for career growth.
Serve as the primary point of contact for designated client relationships. Proactively manage the client experience, address inquiries, and resolve issues with sound judgment.
Client Review Appointments:
Lead review appointments to ensure ongoing alignment with client retirement goals and investment strategies. Execution of "Lions Share"
Process:
Build and maintain financial plans, including income planning, tax strategies, and estate/legacy planning, ensuring every client interaction adheres to the firm's core retirement methodology.
Administrative & Operational Excellence:
Maintain accurate, timely client records in the CRM and portfolio systems. Coordinate paperwork, applications, and custodian communications to ensure clean, audit-ready files.
Collaborative Support:
Work closely with the operations and administrative staff to ensure a smooth handoff for new clients and consistent, proactive service for existing ones.
Qualifications Licensing:
Active Securities License (Series 65 or equivalent) and Active Insurance Producers License required. (Required)
Experience:
3-5 years of financial services experience, with a proven track record of client service and financial planning software proficiency.
Demeanor:
Exceptional interpersonal skills; must possess a professional, calm, and client-focused demeanor. Ability to build trust quickly to handle lateral introductions to established clients.
