QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Entry Level / 1 - 3 years in the role as an Investment Support Specialist/Fiduciary Support Specialist; trust, investment, banking or financial planning-related client service experience, or equivalent outside experience. 2. Knowledge of deposits, loan, banking products, and operating systems unique to the line of business, including trusts and investments. 3. General knowledge of investment products (stocks, bonds). 4. Strong problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. 6. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 7. Exemplary customer service and professional etiquette skills.Preferred Qualifications:
