ROLE DESCRIPTION A
junior advisor/support position that provides technical support for the Lead Advisor. The responsibilities include data gathering, modeling, case design, scenario building, plan development, presentation development, etc. This advisor participates in client meetings and facilitates follow up with the team and the client.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
| Serve as the Service Manager for a subset of the firm's clients. Build, finalize and execute delivery of financial plans, risk illustrations and case preparation for client meetings. Prepare the Lead Advisor for client meetings and opportunities. Prepare and review the client folder with all necessary prep materials and deliverables prior to a client meeting (e.g. collection and retention of statements, running CCV, Notes) Serve as the focal point for facilitating post-meeting communication and downstream workflows for clients and prospects. (e.g. process case notes, create and assign tasks, follow up activities) Ensure all service activities and routines are fulfilled for assigned clients Start to skill build for gathering referrals, catching money in motion and provide recommendations on planning, insurance, and investments. Note, this role has no expectation for formal business development
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree with a major preferably in finance, economics, accounts, financial planning or related field or equivalent experience. 1-5 years in the wealth management or investment management industry. FINRA Series
SIE, 7 & 63/65
(or obtained within 180-days) Life & Health License and Long Term Care License (or obtained within 180-days) Working to obtaining
CFP Salary:
80-120k base
