Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Wealth Advisor, where you will play a vital role in guiding clients through their financial journeys. This energetic position offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals, develop comprehensive wealth management strategies, and deliver exceptional client service. You will assist in creating tailored financial plans, managing investment portfolios, and providing expert advice on estate planning, tax strategies, and financial analysis for our existing client base. Your proactive approach and passion for finance will help clients achieve their financial goals while expanding your expertise in the fast-paced world of wealth management.

•A current book of business is not required and prospecting new clients is not an essential job function.

•Responsibilities Prepare for and lead client meetings, including financial plan updates and portfolio reviews. Support advisory team in developing personalized financial plans that incorporate estate planning, tax considerations, and investment strategies. Assist clients with understanding complex financial concepts such as securities law, cash management, and asset management. Conduct research on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to inform client recommendations. Prepare detailed financial analysis reports to evaluate portfolio performance and identify opportunities for growth. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, ensuring their evolving needs are met with tailored solutions. Collaborate with legal and tax professionals to assist in tax and estate planning. Use advanced financial software to track client assets, update records, and generate comprehensive reports for review.

Qualifications Active FINRA licenses:

Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63/65 equivalent). Professional designations such as CFP®, ChFC®, or CFA® (or progress toward). Experience with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, RightCapital, etc.). Familiarity with portfolio trading platforms (Envestnet, Black Diamond, Orion, etc.). Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field. 2-5+ years of client facing experience in financial planning, advisory, or wealth management firm within a broker‑dealer or RIA/Broker-Dealer hybrid environment. Proven knowledge of financial services including investments, insurance, financial planning, etc. Strong understanding of estate planning, tax planning, and retirement planning Excellent math skills combined with a solid grasp of financial concepts such as cash flow analysis and corporate accounting. Pay:

$65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
