The Role As a Relationship Manager , you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships after they join the firm. You will serve as a consistent point of contact, ensuring clients receive a high level of service, proactive communication, and coordinated advice across the team. You will work closely with advisors, tax professionals, and investment leadership to deliver a seamless client experience. What You'll DoClient Relationship Management Serve as a primary contact for assigned client relationships Build trust through consistent, proactive communication Maintain a deep understanding of each client's goals, priorities, and full financial picture Client Experience & Retention Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and engaged Coordinate and participate in client meetings and reviews Follow through on all client requests and action items in a timely manner Account Oversight & Coordination Monitor client accounts and ensure alignment with planning and investment direction Coordinate with internal team members across tax, investments, and operations Ensure all aspects of the client relationship are organized and up to date Relationship Expansion Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships Support introductions to additional family members or entities when appropriate What Success Looks Like High client retention and satisfaction Consistent, proactive communication with clients Organized and well-managed client relationships What We're Looking ForExperience 3-10+ years in wealth management, financial planning, or client relationship management Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred Skillset Strong relationship-building and communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously Collaborative mindset and team-first approach Licensing Series 65 (or ability to obtain within 90 days) preferred CFP® or similar designation is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Bonuses Health benefits, dental and vision 401k safe harbor Final Note This role is ideal for someone who enjoys: building long-term relationships delivering a high level of service and working as part of a collaborative advisory team If you take pride in maintaining strong relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience—we'd welcome a conversation.
