ASSOCIATE FINANCIAL ADVISOR

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused person to join our advisory team. As a Associate Financial Advisor, you will work closely with lead advisors to deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to a growing client base. You will play an active role in client relationships, portfolio analysis, and financial plan development while building toward a path to full advisory responsibilities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Experience & Advice Follow the Springbrook Wealth Advisor service model to support client retention and growth Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries and service requests Prepare for and lead client review meetings, including materials and follow-up Proactively identify opportunities to deepen relationships and address new planning needs Onboard new clients: account opening, data gathering, and risk profiling Manage client administrative needs, including estate settlements Participate in client events and networking to help grow the practice Coordinate with clients' accountants and lawyers for comprehensive advice Build financial plans covering retirement, investment, tax, insurance, and estate planning Analyze portfolios and recommend investments aligned with client goals and risk tolerance Model financial scenarios and present findings to clients and lead advisors Monitor client portfolios and flag issues needing attention Review insurance needs and recommend coverage for life, disability, and long-term care Recommend annuity options as needed Operations Document all client interactions, transactions, and recommendations per firm policy and regulations Maintain accurate client records in CRM and portfolio management systems Support compliance reviews, audits, and reporting Stay current on regulatory changes affecting advisory services Attend and actively participate in team meetingsQUALIFICATIONS
Required Goal driven, growth mindset a must Active Series 7 & 66 (or 63+65), New Jersey Life and Health license (required at time of hire) Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field 1 or more years of experience in financial planning, asset management, or a related role Proficiency with financial planning software (MoneyGuidePro) and CRM platforms (salesforce) Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills High degree of integrity and commitment to fiduciary standardsCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS
