The Opportunity Egan Wealth Advisors is looking for an Associate Wealth Advisor to join our growing team in Madison, NJ. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional who excels in a collaborative environment and is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals. Reporting directly to a Senior Wealth Advisor, you will help support client relationships, financial planning plans, investment management activities, and overall practice operations. We offer exposure to clients and a clear path for professional growth within a wealth management practice. This position requires an in-office presence five days per week and is located in our Madison, NJ office. What You'll Do Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience. Help prepare for client meetings, including gathering data, developing presentations, and coordinating follow-up activities. Respond promptly and professionally to client service requests and account inquiries. Prepare investment analyses and proposals for client consideration. Support financial planning and wealth management plans across the practice. Collaborate with advisory, planning, operations, and relationship management teams to deliver exceptional client experience. Maintain accurate client records and assist with account administration and documentation. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, team policies, and industry best practices. Contribute to process improvement projects that enhance efficiency and client service. What You Bring 3+ years of experience within the wealth management, investment management, or financial advisory industry. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred. CFP® certification, active pursuit of CFP® certification, or willingness to obtain certification within three years of employment. Experience with financial planning, investment management, and advisory operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support a growing advisory practice. Experience using eMoney, Salesforce, Tamarac, or similar wealth management technology platforms. Previous experience interacting directly with high-net-worth clients.
