Bridgewater, NJ & Manalapan, New Jersey (Manalapan preferred) What you will be doing: Senior Advisors are responsible for managing the entire client experience, including: Conducting discovery and planning meetings Presenting recommendations and planning solutions Implementing advisory and insurance strategies Managing ongoing client relationships Identifying additional planning opportunities Serving as the primary trusted advisor to clients and their families What you must have: We are seeking accomplished advisors who have already built successful careers and are looking for a platform that allows them to accelerate growth without the burden of constant prospecting. 10+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Retirement Planner, or Financial Planner Demonstrated success serving retirement-focused and high-net-worth clients Proven track record of business development, client retention, and revenue generation Strong consultative sales and relationship-management skills Ability to convert qualified opportunities into long-term client relationships Exceptional presentation and communication skills Active Series 65 or Series 66 and Series 7 preferred Ability to work onsite and meet with clients throughout New Jersey Ideal Background Candidates may have previously or currently work at: Independent RIAs Wirehouses Regional brokerage firms Insurance-based advisory practices Independent financial planning firms Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
