Associate Financial Advisor Cook Legacy Advisors | Woodbury, NJ (Southern New Jersey) $70,000 - $80,000 a year (base, DOE) + production-based incentive compensation Cook Legacy Advisors, a growing wealth management practice in Southern New Jersey, is looking for an Associate Financial Advisor to service and grow client relationships alongside our senior advisor. This is a relationship-first role — not cold calling — with a real path to a long-term book of business through our multi-year succession plan.

You'll:

Build and deepen relationships with existing clients Advise on retirement, investments, and wealth planning Run client meetings and identify planning opportunities Grow into greater ownership of client relationships over time Work closely with the lead advisor on strategy You have: Series 7 and Series 65 or 66 (required) Experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related field CFP a plus (we'll help you get there) Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset Energy, drive, and comfort in a small, entrepreneurial team We offer: $70K-$80K base + incentive comp A clear career path with mentorship Support toward CFP and other designations Medical stipend, generous PTO, hybrid potential once acclimated
