Duties Assist clients with financial planning and investment management advisory services, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Support the development and implementation of estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, and estate law considerations. Conduct research on financial markets, industry regulations, and financial concepts to stay informed and provide accurate guidance. Maintain client relationships through effective communication, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction and trust. Help manage investment portfolios by monitoring performance, conducting financial analysis, and recommending adjustments as needed. Support compliance with securities law and industry regulations by adhering to established protocols and documentation standards. Utilize financial software and technical accounting tools to facilitate accurate recordkeeping, cash management, and reporting. Requirements Strong understanding of financial concepts, including wealth management, investment strategies, and financial analysis. Knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, securities law, and tax experience is highly desirable. Experience practicing in the securities industry or related financial services field is preferred. Familiarity with FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) rules and industry knowledge of financial regulations is a plus. Excellent client relationship management skills combined with effective communication abilities. Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial software and research tools. Math skills necessary for financial analysis, cash management, and technical accounting tasks. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving industry standards within a fast-paced environment.
