Job Requirements:
Obtain Life & Health insurance license within 30 days of acceptance (company-paid) Obtain FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63 registrations within 120 days (company-paid) Meet and contact prospective clients to discuss financial concerns and goals Conduct information-gathering meetings to assess client needs Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined, with the ability to work independently Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills Demonstrated sales, analytical, decision-making, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
