Job Description Wealth Banking Services (WBS) is seeking a highly capable Enterprise Solutions Manager to support the continued growth and operational scaling of our wholesale private banking business. This WBS leadership role is responsible for driving process design, operational execution, and cross functional coordination across the WBS organization, including sales, credit, servicing, and platform enablement. The individual will work closely with the leadership team and key partners across Risk, Technology, Operations, and Finance to translate business priorities into actionable solutions and ensure effective implementation. The Enterprise Solutions Manager will play a central role in improving how the business operates, helping to align people, process, and technology to deliver scalable, consistent, and high-quality client outcomes. This position offers significant visibility across the organization and exposure to enterprise level initiatives, providing a unique opportunity to build broad business perspective and contribute to the evolution of the WBS operating model. Key Responsibilities Develop a comprehensive understanding of the WBS business model, including key drivers of growth and performance Assist in aligning day-to-day operations with broader business objectives Translate business objectives into structured process improvements and implementation plans Partner across functional areas to valuate processes to identify inefficiencies, scalability constraints, control gaps and identify improvement opportunities Influence adoption of best practices and ensure consistency across teams Use data and performance insights to inform recommendations and drive ongoing optimization Educate then influence business partners to think out of the box to drive solutions for the unique requirements of the WBS business line Support and coordinate multiple initiatives concurrently, ensuring alignment to business priorities Contribute to development of operating routines that improve prioritization, transparency, and execution discipline Basic Qualifications Master's degree or equivalent work experience 10 or more years of experience in project management, process improvement, or business operations Experience working in a complex, cross functional environment Preferred Skills and Experience Strong knowledge of private banking, lending, or wealth management business models Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and build relationships across senior stakeholders Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes Experience managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to synthesize information for leadership audiences Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, evolving environment Location expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
