Our broker dealer is LPL financial. We specialize in retirement planning and wealth management to high net worth clients. We believe in planning today for a better tomorrow. We value each team member and are dedicated to seeing each member personally and professionally advance. As an Administrative Assistant, you will help provide administrative support and appointment preparation to the advisor, including paperwork, preparing reports, and other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, is organized, and has excellent communication and client service skills. Essential Day-to-Day Duties and Activities Answer phones, schedule appointments, and prepare materials for client meetings Keep client management systems up-to-date with client information Assist with information and documentation requirements for new accounts, transfers, and more Conduct proactive outreach to clients and advisors on time sensitive activities (e. g. , RMDs) Assist with account activities that are operational in nature - new accounts, cash management, transfers, and account maintenance (e. g. , periodic distributions, debits) Assume ownership of inquiries and requests; communicate with internal departments to ensure clients' expectations for timely service delivery are met Educate clients on account services, capabilities, and new technology Record keeping and filing as necessary Order office supplies when needed Keep front of the office maintained Required Skills and Abilities Desire to take ownership and provide excellent customer service Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Energetic self-starter with an extremely positive, can-do attitude Pro-active with the ability to think ahead and act independently. Must work well in a team environment, supporting others Must be able to prioritize and switch tasks as needed
