Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, client-focused Senior Financial Advisor with a strong sales and advisory background to join our growing wealth management practice. The ideal candidate brings an established book of high-net-worth clients and retirement plan relationships, along with a demonstrated commitment to excellence, compliance, and fiduciary responsibility. This role is best suited for a licensed advisor who combines business development strength with sophisticated financial planning expertise. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow an established book of high-net-worth clients and retirement plan relationships Develop new client relationships through proactive business development and referrals Provide comprehensive wealth management services including investment management, retirement planning, estate planning coordination, and tax-efficient strategies Deliver customized financial strategies aligned with client goals and risk tolerance Maintain strict adherence to compliance standards and regulatory requirements Collaborate with internal team members to enhance client experience and operational efficiency Required Qualifications Active FINRA licenses (Series 7, 66, or equivalent) Clean compliance record with no disciplinary actions No active non-compete or non-solicitation restrictions Demonstrated sales success and advisory experience Established book of business with high-net-worth investors and/or retirement plans Preferred Qualifications Professional designations such as: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Experience working with retirement plans and complex wealth strategies Strong client retention and relationship management track record Compensation Structure Compensation is commensurate with the size and quality of the advisor's book of business. Six-figure base salary is feasible for candidates with substantial high-net-worth relationships and retirement plan assets. Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities are available.
