Overview We are seeking a dynamic F&I (Finance & Insurance) Associate to join our team and help customers secure their dream rides while ensuring smooth and compliant financing processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine sales skills with financial expertise, providing exceptional service and building lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls for the Finance Office Submit applications to banks and financial institutions Assist F&I team with credit applications Review credit reports and perform credit analysis to determine appropriate financing solutions tailored to each customer's needs. Collaborate with dealership sales teams to facilitate seamless deal closing and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications Good customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor. Ability to work weekends and evenings Proficiency in basic math skills, 10-key typing, and using financial software platforms. Work Hours

• 30 Hours per Week Friday 11 am
• 7 pm Saturday 10 am
• 5 pm Sunday 10 am
• 4 pm Monday 10 am
• 7 pm
