Full-time & direct hire About the job: We are seeking to add a Lead Financial Advisor to our Bend, Oregon, office. The Lead Financial Advisor is an important position within the firm. This position will work closely with the executive team, including the firm's founder, on business development, team management and supervision, investment evaluation, portfolio management, presentation creation, marketing, and client service. This position can lead to equity ownership in the firm. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Lead advisor with experience managing client portfolios, including implementation, rebalancing, reinvestment of investment proceeds, loss harvesting, cash activity, and trade execution Significant client generation experience and established track record Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills with internal and external audiences Understanding our public markets investing philosophy and articulating it to clients and prospects Understanding our alternative investing philosophy and articulating it to clients and prospects Ongoing interaction and relationship building with attorneys, accountants, consultants, bankers, and other service providers Qualifications include being a registered Investment Adviser Representative (IAR), which includes either holding the designation of CFA, CFP, or CPA/PFS, or passing the Series 65 or 66 exams
Required Background:
Candidates for this role will have a history of high achievement demonstrated by a proven record of rapid advancement in exceeding goals and outperforming peers. The ideal candidate has 9 plus years of experience and will have passed the CFP exam.
Other Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will bring to the role extensive lead advisor experience, financial knowledge, a team-oriented approach, and a strong work ethic. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; CPA, CFP, or CFA preferred Strong analytical ability and demonstrated sound judgment in dealing with clients Highly organized and must possess exceptional technical, verbal, and written communication skills Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities with the ability to independently manage and interpret data Very close attention to detail Team player with the flexibility to independently manage work and complete time-sensitive tasks High professional standards, honesty, and integrity Familiarity with Charles Schwab custodial services and Salesforce is a plus
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
