Roehl & Yi Investment Advisors, LLC is seeking a Qualified Retirement Plan Advisor to join our growing team. Based in Eugene, OR, our independent wealth management and investment consulting firm serves high-net-worth families, retirement plans, endowments, and foundations throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond. What You'll Do:
Serve as a dedicated advisor to a block of retirement plan clients and their participants. Conduct individual retirement consultations, plan education sessions, and group seminars. Support participants with retirement readiness, including investment education and distribution/rollover guidance. Partner with plan sponsors, TPAs, and recordkeepers to ensure effective plan design, onboarding, and service. Drive plan engagement and participation through targeted strategies and thoughtful communication. Collaborate with internal teams to obtain plan quotes and deliver plan comparisons to prospects.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in financial services or experience with qualified retirement plans.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required; Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) or willingness to obtain within 12 months; Additional certification (e.g. CFP® or ChFC®) encouraged by not required; Series 65 license required.
Skills:
Excellent presentation and communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

achievement-oriented for plan metrics, engaging personality in group settings and one-on-one, relationship builder with excellent client service and trust, and eager to grow within a collaborative team.
