Compensation:

$80,000 - $220,000 commission structure

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial portfolios to ensure alignment with their evolving needs. Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice. Educate clients on financial products and services, empowering them to make informed decisions. Identify opportunities for clients to optimize their financial goals. Maintain required licenses and continuing education. Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement. Implement strategies to help clients build, protect, and manage their wealth over time. Maintain ongoing communication with clients and proactively address changes in their financial circumstances.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in banking, sales/business, financial advisor, wealth manager, or related role. Active state insurance licenses and FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, or 66, or willing to obtain. Strong relationship-building, communication, and personable skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a business environment, with a forward-thinking mindset. Ability and willingness to obtain required licenses. Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant professional experience will also be considered. Commitment to professional development.
