As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to help service and support our existing client relationships. This is a W-2 salaried position focused on financial planning, investment management, and servicing existing clients. There is no prospecting, cold calling, or requirement to build a book of business. This is an ideal opportunity for an advisor who enjoys working directly with clients, preparing for and conducting meaningful review meetings, developing financial planning strategies, and helping clients navigate important financial decisions — without the pressure of sales or business development. The advisor will work closely with the firm's lead advisor and Client Service Associate to provide a high level of ongoing service to established client relationships. Responsibilities Prepare for and participate in client review and financial planning meetings Develop and update comprehensive financial plans Review client investment portfolios, asset allocation, and cash positions Make investment and planning recommendations consistent with client goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, and overall financial plan Implement approved investment recommendations, including trades and portfolio rebalancing Assist clients with retirement income and distribution planning Review retirement plans, Social Security strategies, RMDs, Roth conversion opportunities, and other retirement planning considerations Review tax returns to identify financial planning opportunities and coordinate with clients' tax professionals when appropriate Review beneficiary designations and assist with estate planning coordination Review insurance needs and other areas of a client's overall financial picture Prepare for client meetings and identify planning opportunities that should be addressed Proactively follow up with clients throughout the year Maintain accurate documentation of client meetings, recommendations, and follow-up items Communicate with clients by phone, email, Zoom, and in-person meetings Develop strong relationships with existing clients and help ensure they receive consistent, proactive service There is no prospecting or sales quota associated with this position. Qualifications FINRA Series 7 license required Series 66 or Series 63 and 65 required Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health Insurance license required Licenses must be active and in good standing, or candidate must be eligible for appropriate registration Prior experience as a Financial Advisor, Associate Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Financial Planner, or similar role Experience servicing existing client relationships and participating in client review meetings Strong knowledge of investments, retirement planning, and financial planning concepts Experience reviewing portfolios and implementing investment recommendations, including trades and rebalancing Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and comfortably to clients High integrity, strong judgment, and a polished, professional demeanor Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the firm's lead advisors Preferred CFP® certification or actively working toward CFP® certification LPL Financial / ClientWorks experience Redtail CRM experience RightCapital financial planning experience American Funds experience Experience working with retirees and pre-retirees Experience with retirement income planning, Social Security, RMDs, Roth conversions, estate planning coordination, and tax-aware financial planning Why Join Us?
