Job Description
Job Summary Join a dynamic and established team as a Financial Advisor, where your expertise will empower clients to achieve their financial goals through personalized wealth management strategies. We are hiring a Financial Advisor who already has a foundation and wants a firm to grow inside of. You bring an existing book of at least $5 million in assets under management and full licensing. We bring the platform, the planning team, the marketing engine, and the mentorship to take that book to $25 million and beyond. We are going to be trusting you with additional relationships, as we are nearing our capacity to service our existing relationships. This is a hands-on role at a smaller firm. Alongside your client work, you will carry operational and administrative responsibility alongside our client services director. If you are looking for a seat where someone else handles all the paperwork, this is not it. Duties Transition and service your existing client relationships Deliver comprehensive financial plans covering retirement income, tax strategy, estate planning, and investment management Work alongside senior advisors on larger household relationships and complex planning cases Prepare for and participate in client review meetings Build new relationships through firm-generated leads, referrals, and local marketing initiatives Meet firm standards for documentation, compliance, and client communication Prepare new account paperwork, transfer forms, and account maintenance requests Process service items including distributions, beneficiary updates, address changes, and journal requests Build meeting prep materials, performance reports, and planning deliverables Maintain CRM records, client notes, task follow-ups, and pipeline tracking Coordinate client scheduling and meeting follow-up correspondence Support compliance workflows including advertising review submissions and books-and-records upkeep Assist with firm projects across marketing, onboarding, and process improvement Requirements Minimum $5,000,000 in assets under management that you can reasonably expect to transition Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) in good standing Life, accident, and health insurance license (or willingness to get licensed) Clean U4 with no disclosures 2 to 5 years of client-facing advisory experience Based in or willing to relocate to the West Chester, PA area Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a meaningful difference!
