Responsibilities Assess clients' financial needs through detailed analysis of their current assets, liabilities, income, and expenses. Develop customized financial plans incorporating estate planning, tax strategies, investment management, and cash flow optimization. Advise clients on securities law compliance, securities trading, and investment portfolio management to maximize growth and minimize risk. Conduct research on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to inform sound financial advice. Manage client relationships by providing ongoing support, reviewing portfolio performance, and adjusting strategies as needed. Educate clients on various financial concepts such as wills, trusts, estate law, and wealth management to ensure informed decision-making. Utilize advanced financial software for analysis, reporting, and tracking client progress while maintaining accurate records in customer relationship management systems. Qualifications Proven experience in financial sales, investment management, or related roles within the financial services industry. Strong knowledge of estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law, tax experience, and securities law. Solid understanding of financial analysis techniques and concepts including accounting principles and corporate accounting practices. Familiarity with financial software tools used for research, portfolio management, and technical accounting. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial ideas clearly to clients. Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships through trustworthiness and professional integrity.
