Full-time About the Role Campbell & Associates is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and professional Client Service & Administrative Assistant to join our financial advisory practice. Working closely with our financial advisor, clients, and professional partners, you will serve as a key resource in managing daily office operations and maintaining high-quality client relationships. This role is ideal for a energetic professional who excels at customer service, handles confidential information with care, and thrives in a detail-oriented environment. We offer a long-term career path with opportunities to expand your skill set into financial planning support and practice management. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary, welcoming point of contact for incoming calls and routine client inquiries. Schedule and coordinate client meetings and maintain active office calendars. Prepare meeting materials, correspondence, and account-opening or maintenance paperwork. Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and database entry while ensuring strict confidentiality. Support the financial advisor with meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and administrative workflows. Perform routine client service requests and general office management tasks.

Qualifications & Traits Communication & Service:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive, relationship-focused mindset.

Organization & Detail:

Superior organizational skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and adapting to modern software applications.
