Job Description and Responsibilities:
White and Williams LLP, a prominent multi-practice, multi-office law firm, is seeking an experienced Counsel or Partner to join its Real Estate Finance Practice Group in either the Philadelphia office or the New York City office. Excellent opportunity for a seasoned real estate attorney with a minimum of 10 years of experience handling the complete life cycle of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. This position offers substantial client interaction and significant responsibility managing deals, including:- Drafting and negotiating loan documentation and intercreditor agreements
- Conducting due diligence for acquisition, construction, and mezzanine loans
- Managing commercial real estate acquisitions
- Drafting and negotiating agreements of sale for commercial real estate transactions
- Advising clients throughout all phases of complex real estate finance transactions Requirements
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and/or Admission to the New York Bar
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions The position offers the opportunity to join a busy and collaborative team representing clients in commercial real estate transactions.
