Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Financial Advisor to join our team and empower clients to achieve their financial goals through expert guidance and personalized strategies. In this role, you will provide comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and wealth management services while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex financial concepts, optimize their assets, and plan for a secure future. Responsibilities Develop tailored financial plans by analyzing clients' financial situations, including estate planning, tax strategies, and investment portfolios. Advise clients on securities law compliance, financial products, and industry regulations to ensure sound investment decisions. Manage client relationships through regular communication, portfolio reviews, and ongoing financial analysis to meet evolving needs. Assist clients with estate planning tools such as wills, trusts, and estate law to protect their assets and legacy. Conduct research on financial markets, investment opportunities, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations. Coordinate with banking services teams to optimize cash management solutions and banking products for clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FINRA regulations and securities industry practices to uphold compliance standards. Experience Proven experience practicing in the securities industry with a strong understanding of financial analysis, investment management advisory services, and wealth management strategies. Demonstrated expertise in financial concepts such as asset management, portfolio management, cash flow analysis, and financial software tools. Familiarity with industry knowledge of financial regulations including securities law, FINRA rules, and compliance requirements. Background in public accounting or corporate accounting is advantageous for understanding technical accounting principles related to client portfolios. Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively. Experience working with estate planning tools like wills and trusts, as well as tax experience related to financial planning. Relevant certifications such as FINRA licenses or equivalent credentials are highly preferred.
