This role is more than a job—it's a career with purpose. You'll guide clients through financial planning and help them build security for themselves, their families, and their futures.
What You'll Do:
Develop relationships with clients and help them create personalized financial plans Educate clients on a wide range of financial solutions, including retirement planning, investment strategies, insurance, and wealth management Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions using Northwestern Mutual's full suite of products Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and community involvement Receive hands-on support and mentorship from experienced advisors and leadership Continually improve through ongoing training, development, and industry certifications Our financial advisors at Northwestern Mutual help clients reach their goals by developing and implementing financial plans to show clients where they are today, plan where they want to go tomorrow and provide the financial tools and support to help them get there. As you build your financial planning practice, you bring together the right insurance and investment strategies for clients to guide them every step of the way.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Candidate must be an accomplished communicator with strong verbal and written skills. Prior sales and/or business experience preferred. Prior financial services experience not needed
