Key Responsibilities Meet with prospective clients (provided leads + self-generated opportunities) Conduct financial needs assessments and identify appropriate solutions Educate clients on financial strategies (retirement, protection, savings, etc.) Build and maintain long-term client relationships Participate in training, coaching, and team development activities Track daily activity and progress toward personal goals
Compensation Structure Activity-Based Stipend:
