What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for agents Guide agents through onboarding, applications, and product education Maintain accurate records and follow compliance standards Communicate by phone, email, and virtual meetings Help agents with policy questions, account changes, and service requests Work alongside agents and internal teams to keep things moving What You Bring Must be 25 or older Applicants must already hold, or be willing to acquire , a Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) license Strong communication skills and a professional phone/email presence High attention to detail and comfort with digital tools/CRMs A proactive , coachable mindset Business, finance, or related degree/coursework a plus — but not required What's In It For You Part-Time pay range: $86,000
