This is more than an entry-level position—it's a structured Advisor Development Program that prepares you to become a trusted Financial Advisor over the next two to three years. What You'll Do Attend client meetings alongside experienced advisors (approximately 50% of your time). Prepare meeting agendas, update eMoney plans, organize planning materials, and gather tax returns, legal documents, and investment statements (25%). Schedule meetings, answer routine client emails, follow up on paperwork, and coordinate implementation between clients, advisors, and operations team (25%). Route tax returns, investment statements, and Property & Casualty documents to the appropriate internal specialists. Serve as the liaison between clients, advisors, and operations team to ensure every recommendation is completed accurately and on time. Career Path Year 1: Learn our planning process, attend every client meeting, prepare planning materials, and coordinate implementation. Year 2: Lead portions of meetings and become the primary point of contact for routine client needs. Year 3: Conduct quarterly review meetings and transition into a Financial Advisor role.
