Your Role As a Financial Services Professional, you'll develop long-term relationships with individuals, families, professionals, and business owners while helping them address important financial goals.
Key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining strong client relationships Developing new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting Understanding clients' financial goals and priorities Helping clients evaluate protection, retirement, investment, and other financial needs as appropriately licensed Conducting ongoing client reviews Building and managing a growing financial services practice Collaborating with experienced financial specialists Participating in ongoing training and professional development As you obtain additional licenses and experience, your ability to serve clients across a broader range of financial needs can expand. Who We're Looking For Our client isn't necessarily looking for someone who already knows financial services. They're looking for someone who already knows how to succeed. Strong candidates often have backgrounds in: Sales and business development Corporate management and leadership Entrepreneurship or business ownership Banking, real estate, healthcare, technology, or consulting Professional services and client relationship management Ideal candidates are ambitious, relationship-oriented, coachable, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred. No Financial Background? No Problem. Our client provides a structured development path designed to help qualified professionals transition successfully into the financial services industry. Training is provided, and the company will pay for eligible required licenses and examinations. Professionals may also have access to company-supported industry-recognized professional designations and advanced education as their careers progress. For those interested in expanding their practice, career paths may include securities, investments, retirement planning, financial advisory services, wealth management, and leadership , subject to applicable licensing and qualification requirements. $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
