SOC 1/SOC 2/SOC 3

attestation, bookkeeping, tax, payroll, auditing, valuation, and advisory services to businesses across the US. We're looking to bring on a freelance/contract CPA to support our growing client base. What you'll work on : Tax planning, preparation & filing Bookkeeping & financial statement review SOC readiness support & compliance-adjacent financial work Client advisory & consulting (as needed) What we're looking for: Active CPA license (in the radius of 5-10miles of Montana State preferred) AICPA-affiliated or equivalent credential Comfortable working with US-based startups through mid-size businesses Reliable, detail-oriented, and client-facing Interested?
