What You Need Minimum 3 years of experience in senior living (caregiver, home manager, admin, nurse, or senior living marketing background all qualify) No history of abuse or criminal record involving abuse Comfortable with Excel, Word, and shared documents Strong communicator, organized, and dependable Able to figure things out independently and take feedback well Prior administrator experience not required If not already a licensed Administrator, willing to enroll in the required licensing course — we cover the cost Nice to Have Senior living administrator experience CNA, LPN, RN, or

certification Dementia-specific training Supervisory experience Knowledge of Montana Class A or C ALF regulations What You'll Do Hire and fire caregivers, and set the standard for who's on our team Submit payroll and verify caregiver hours Oversee medication management through our electronic MAR system, including regular communication with the pharmacy Train caregivers and give them clear checklists and processes to do their jobs well Keep the home tour-ready and give tours to prospective families Handle resident and family complaints directly and professionally Track resident rent and make sure payments come in on time Manage the grocery and supply budget Keep the home in full compliance with Montana assisted living regulations Communicate effectively with case managers, hospital nurses, and other outside partners Maintain accurate resident and employee records Support state licensing inspections and audits Pay bills and handle basic financial tracking We will contact your last three employers as part of our hiring process.
Pay Base Salary:
$50,000-$80,000/year, depending on experience and performance
