Through Hardcrest , our financial services platform, we are building a specialized insurance division focused on helping individuals, families, business owners, and professionals identify financial protection needs and connect with appropriate insurance strategies and licensed professionals. We are looking for someone who can combine sales ability, financial discovery, relationship management, and consultative communication . The Role As an Insurance & Financial Protection Advisor , you will be responsible for managing the front end of the client relationship. This is not designed to be a traditional "quote and sell" insurance position. You will first learn the client's situation, conduct a structured financial analysis, identify potential protection gaps, and determine whether there is a legitimate opportunity to move forward. Qualified opportunities will then be coordinated with the appropriate licensed insurance professional and our insurance partners. What You'll Do Conduct initial conversations with prospective clients. Build rapport and establish trust with prospects. Conduct Hardcrest's structured financial-analysis process. Gather information regarding income, assets, liabilities, existing coverage, business interests, family circumstances, and financial objectives. Identify potential financial-protection needs and opportunities. Explain financial concepts clearly to prospective clients. Schedule and conduct discovery and follow-up meetings. Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process. Manage prospects and opportunities through the CRM. Coordinate qualified opportunities with licensed insurance professionals. Maintain relationships with prospects and clients throughout the process. Work with the Hardcrest team to develop and improve the client acquisition process. Meet activity, appointment, pipeline, and revenue objectives. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is comfortable having real conversations about money, risk, business, family, and financial planning. You may be a strong fit if you have experience in: Insurance sales Financial services Life insurance Banking Financial advising Business development B2B or B2C consultative sales High-ticket sales Account management Relationship management Lead generation A strong sales background is valuable, but we are more interested in your ability to communicate, ask good questions, understand people, and follow a process.
